| Notes: | The RSC Webinars will be held on the first Tuesday of each month (3:00 pm - 4:00 pm) beginning in August and ending in May. Schools participating in the RSC Webinar Series for First-Year Schools are expected to 1) have formed an RSC Steering Team, 2) surveyed students and teachers, 3) started collecting counselor time-use data, and 4) conducted self studies prior to the first meeting. To find instructions for these tasks, go to the RSC Online System and click the "Process Tab." Schools participating in the RSC Webinar series are expected to 1) have two members of their RSC Steering Team in attendance at each monthly webinar, 2) complete "homework" assignments between meetings including six meetings with an RSC Advisory Council, and 3) submit a School Counseling Program Portfolio to the Indiana Department of Education as their application for the Indiana Gold Star School Counseling Award. |

| Notes: | KENTUCKY schools participating in the KENTUCKY RSC Webinar Series for First-Year Schools will attend monthly webinars that will be held on the first Tuesday of each month beginning in August 2013 and concluding in May 2014. All webinars will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EST.
Schools registering for the Kentucky RSC Webinar Series agree to 1) administer the Redesigning School Counseling Student Survey, 2) convene a School Counseling Advisory Council, 2) facilitate six discussions with their Advisory Council, and 4) enter School Counseling Program components (vision and mission, goals, resource expansion plan, priority goals, root causes, activities, and lesson plans) into the RSC Online System. Each month's webinar will help schools prepare for the current month's RSC tasks as listed on the RSC Online System - Process Page. |
