| College Success Mentoring
Students in the College Success Mentoring program at Big Brothers Big Sisters are matched one-to-one with adult mentors who help their mentees accomplish their goal of graduating from college. Eligible students in this program are Twenty-first Century Scholars enrolled in an East Allen County school. The mentoring relationship is professionally supported by Big Brothers Big Sisters, who employs a full-time coordinator to guide the mentor and mentee as they navigate the terrain towards postsecondary school and career achievement.

| Project Ready
To address college readiness, our Urban League participates in a National Urban League program called Project Ready. Project Ready provides intensive educational and career preparation counseling to students in grades 6-12. Through Project Ready, the Urban League provides supplemental programming to ensure these students are prepared for college or other post-secondary opportunities, have secured financial aid, and been admitted to a college or other training institution to prepare them for the career of their choice. Participants are exposed to and explore a variety of career options and become informed of the academic and other preparation required for each of them. The Urban League takes participants on college tours, including to Historically Black Colleges throughout the country, and to cultural events and activities. These trips help expand what students believe is possible for them.
