Thanks for your interest in the College Success Coalition! Please complete this short application.

Member Organization Agreement

Our organization will implement at least one college access activity per year with students and/or parents.
infoWhat is a college access / success activity?
Our organization will submit a brief description of our college access activity(ies) via the County College Success Coalition website.
Our organization understands that we will be invited to three College Success Coalition member meetings each year that will be held in our county. We understand that our presence at these meetings is key to creating and sustaining a culture of college access and success in our community.
Our organization will encourage other local organizations to also join the College Success Coalition in our county.

Scholar Success Program Agreement

The SSP agreement is optional, but recommended. Member Organizations that do not agree to the following will not be able to enter SSP activities.

I understand that the Scholar Success Program activities sponsored by our organization will be used by Indiana students to meet requirements for the Indiana 21st Century Scholars Program (a state program that provides scholars funds for qualified students attending a two or four year Indiana college or university).
I agree to not charge participating students for any activities that I designate as Scholar Success Program.
I agree to present Scholar Success Program activities in a professional manner (be on time, dress appropriately, come prepared, etc.).
I understand that the Indiana Commission for Higher Education provides no honorarium or compensation for the expenses I may incur as a result of our organization's presentation of Scholar Success Program activities (e.g. lodging, mileage, per diem, printing).
